Zebra Lazarus Vol 3: Dark Edition

About This Project

Zebra Lazarus Vol III: Dark Edition continues the Lazarus series with more dynamic and atmospheric, electronic and cinematic synth sounds.

Lazarus III: Dark Edition contains the original 180 patches for Zebra2, but expands upon them with a further 180 darker, punchier, more analogue interpretations of those original patches, specially remixed and optimised for ZebraHZ – expanding the total number of patches to 360.

The Zebra Lazarus series is inspired by synth-heavy game soundtracks such as Deus Ex, Mirror’s Edge, Quantum Break, The Division, Borderlands and Mass Effect. With the two new volumes, the inspiration has been expanded by artists such as Subheim, Dalham, Daniel Avery, Bronson, nervous_testpilot and CoLD SToRAGE.

It’s a sc-fi/futuristic collection of synth patches influenced by classic analogue sounds and also modern electronic music. It ripples with pulsing sequences, tight basses, silky pads, kinetic synths and detailed loops.

As well as providing a backdrop to exotic, cyberpunk worlds and dramatic, dystopian action, the Lazarus series can provide subtle synthetic flavours for intimate modern underscore, epic trailer cues and vibrant electronic tracks.

Zebra Lazarus Vol III: Dark Edition is available for £34.99 +VAT.

Zebra Lazarus Vol IV and Zebra Lazarus Vol IV: Dark Edition are also now available. Plus, there’s also a new Lazarus Bundle that includes all four volumes for £99.99 +VAT.
